Nowadays, the awareness of the public along with strict legitimate forces over the use of polymers, the manufacturing and automotive industries started using the renewable materials. Since, natural fiber reinforced composites play vital role in developing lightweight structural materials, this study focuses on utilizing sisal fiber as reinforcement in polyester matrix along with natural filler. The influence of fiber length and fiber volume fraction on the mechanical properties of sisal fiber was studied initially. Test results revealed that the composite with 20?mm fiber length and 20-volume fraction composite has better mechanical properties. Furthermore, the effect of fiber surface modification has been analyzed using various chemical solutions such as NaOH, KMnO4, stearic acid, and maleic acid. Of these, NaOH treatment enhances the mechanical properties of composite compared to all other cases. Finally, the influence of Acacia nilotica, a natural filler addition into the alkali-treated sisal fiber composite has been evaluated by mechanical and dynamic mechanical properties. It is found that the addition of natural filler and surface treatment has enhanced the properties of composites due to their synergetic effect. This effect improves the adhesion and uniform stress transfer among the reinforcements. The fiber surface morphology was evaluated using micrographs obtained from scanning electron microscope.  相似文献

Recently, we have reported a novel core‐shell dynamic vulcanization method to prepare poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF)/fluororubber (FKM)/silicone rubber (SR) thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPVs) with cross‐linked rubber core‐shell particles. However, the shell thickness on the properties has not been studied in detail. Herein, these PVDF‐based TPVs different FKM‐shell thickness were prepared by changing FKM/SR ratios. The effect of FKM‐shell/SR‐core ratio on morphology, crystallization, and mechanical properties of the ternary TPVs was studied. The results showed that the FKM shell had more positive effect on interfacial‐induced crystallization behavior than the SR core due to its better compatibility with PVDF. When the FKM/SR ratio was <1, FKM was not enough to encapsulate SR completely, which resulted in the formation of imperfect core‐shell structure. However, when the FKM/SR ratio was >1, perfect core‐shell structure was formed. Therefore, the mechanical properties improved with increasing FKM content; especially, a remarkable improvement was observed when FKM/SR ratio was >1. This study could provide more information for the design of TPVs with core‐shell structure.  相似文献

As a biological affinity chromatographic method, cell membrane chromatography (CMC) using a silica stationary phase covered with specific cell membrane has been used in screening active components. The innovation of this work is that the bioactive cell membrane and the chromatographic packing are mixed and absorbed for the first time to form the pre-column. The pre-column was placed in front of a C18 column to create dynamic CMC online high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) system. The retention behavior and dynamic changes of pharmaceuticals were studied for this system. The results indicate that the retention time of the drug was increased and the symmetry factor reached the analytical level after the addition of the dynamic cell membrane pre-column. Therefore, the dynamic CMC coupled with HPLC system may be a potentially rapid and efficient drug analysis approach for the interaction of drug molecule and receptor on red blood cell membranes.  相似文献

Smart materials with ultralong phosphorescence are rarely investigated and reported. Herein we report on a series of molecules with unique dynamic ultralong organic phosphorescence (UOP) features, enabled by manipulating intermolecular interactions through UV light irradiation. Our experimental data reveal that prolonged irradiation of single‐component organic phosphors of PCzT, BCzT, and FCzT under ambient conditions can activate UOP with emission lifetimes spanning from 1.8 to 1330 ms. These phosphors can also be deactivated back to their original states with short‐lived phosphorescence by UV irradiation for 3 h at room temperature or through thermal treatment. Additionally, the dynamic UOP was applied successfully for a visual anti‐counterfeiting application. These findings may provide unique insight into dynamic molecular motion for optical processing and expand the scope of smart‐response materials for broader applications.  相似文献

We have discovered that the racemization of configurationally stable, axially chiral 2,2′‐dihydroxy‐1,1′‐biaryls proceeds with a catalytic amount of a cyclopentadienylruthenium(II) complex at 35–50 °C. Combining this racemization procedure with lipase‐catalyzed kinetic resolution led to the first lipase/metal‐integrated dynamic kinetic resolution of racemic axially chiral biaryl compounds. The method was applied to the synthesis of various enantio‐enriched C1‐ and C2‐symmetric biaryl diols in yields of up to 98 % and enantiomeric excesses of up to 98 %, which paves the way for new developments in the field of asymmetric synthesis.  相似文献

The formation of an unprecedented macrocycles‐in‐a‐macrocycle (MIM) superstructure by reversible radical–radical association of a triphenylamine based monomer terminated with three dicyanomethyl radicals is presented. The reaction yield is nearly quantitative and the obtained macrocycle contains three small dimeric macrocycles according to X‐ray crystallographic analysis. The six monomer molecules are linked by nine long dynamic covalent C(sp3)?C(sp3) bonds that all adopt a gauche conformation. Such a conformation favors the formation of a MIM structure rather than a 2D network with an all‐anti conformation. Two enantiomers with left‐/ right‐handed chirality exist in the single crystals of the superstructure.  相似文献

Despite heparin being the most widely used macromolecular drug, the design of small‐molecule ligands to modulate its effects has been hampered by the structural properties of this polyanionic polysaccharide. Now a dynamic covalent selection approach is used to identify a new ligand for heparin, assembled from extremely simple building blocks. The amplified molecule strongly binds to heparin (KD in the low μm range, ITC) by a combination of electrostatic, hydrogen bonding, and CH–π interactions as shown by NMR and molecular modeling. Moreover, this ligand reverts the inhibitory effect of heparin within an enzymatic cascade reaction related to blood coagulation. This study demonstrates the power of dynamic covalent chemistry for the discovery of new modulators of biologically relevant glycosaminoglycans.  相似文献

Polyaminobismaleimides (PAMBI) with diphenyl methane, diphenyl ether and hexamethylene segments were synthesized according to Michael type addition reaction. The modification of PAMBIs with 2-glycidyl-phenyl-ether (GPE) was performed in order to ameliorate the toughness of the products. Dynamic mechanical analysis allowed the study of the processes that concur in the material through curing by tracking the storage modulus (E′) and loss factor (tanδ) changes. The small drop of E′ with increasing temperature in the glass transition region argues for crosslinked structures. The viscoelastic behavior revealed complex processes, i.e., overlapping of glass transition temperature range with intra-and inter-crosslinking.  相似文献

A common ionic liquid (IL), 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (bmimBF4), is used as polar solvent to induce the formation of a reverse bmimBF4‐in‐toluene IL microemulsion with the aid of the nonionic surfactant Triton X‐100. The swelling process of the microemulsion droplets by increasing bmimBF4 content is detected by dynamic light scattering (DLS), conductivity, UV/Vis spectroscopy, and freeze‐fracture transmission electron microscopy (FF–TEM). The results show that the microemulsion droplets initially formed are enlarged by the addition of bmimBF4. However, successive addition of bmimBF4 lead to the appearance of large‐sized microemulsion droplet clusters (200–400 nm). NMR spectroscopic analysis reveal that the special structures and properties of bmimBF4 and Triton X‐100 together with the polar nature of toluene contribute to the formation of such self‐assemblies. These unique self‐assembled structures of IL‐based microemulsion droplet clusters may have some unusual and unique properties with a number of interesting possibilities for potential applications.  相似文献

The multispin systems consisting of spin-correlated radical pairs (SCRPs) and stable nitroxide radicals, localized in micelles of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), were studied by ESR and pulse laser photolysis techniques. In all the systems studied, the stable nitroxide radicals exert no effect on the shape of the ESR spectra of the SCRPs (in particular, on the shape of their antiphase structure) and on the decay kinetics of the ESR signal of the SCRPs. In the SDS micelles, the electron spin polarization transfer from the nonequilibrium electron spin states of the molecular triplets (SCRP precursors) is the most efficient mechanism of generation of the electron spin polarization in nitroxide radicals. The experimental data also show that the nitroxide radicals and SCRP radicals are most probably distributed uniformly in the micellar phase. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk.
